Do You Think You Have Value To Offer?
of the 100 Day Challenge
Hope you're doing well today but I gotta ask you this little question. Do you think you have value to offer? If not, why not?
Do you think that you have to be this world class expert in your field before you can take on that claim? I hope not, because you don't. As we've said before, when you stretch out on your journey and each little nugget of wisdom that you learn and apply, that's value added.
That is something that your future prospects can glean from if you're not afraid to share it. You see, it's not what some would think it is when it comes to impacting others.
It could be something as simple as sharing how you put your blog up online. Or even, how you generated your first lead.
The list could go on and on. What you think is NOT IMPORTANT, it usually may be to someone who could be struggling with the same thing.
When I got my start online just a few years ago, I was almost petrified of getting in front of a video camera. Just the thought of saying something and someone critiquing what I said, was a little nerve racking.
My thought was, "What are they going to think of it"? How do I sound to them and what I'm saying even making sense? Would I connect with others enough to the point to where they would trust me with their contact details?
Those are all of the questions that I had. They lingered in my head for a long time until one day, I may a decision to get out of my own head. It was literally self sabotage for me. I was defeated before I even got started in my business.
I was closing prospects and customers out of my business in my own little head. Not even giving them a chance at success with the information I could share. That just wasn't fair for them. They deserved an opportunity and I should have been willing to give it to them.
When that revelation came to me, I dropped all of the so called non sense I was telling myself. I decided that I was going to put that behind me and just go for it.
Go for it all....
What I would share would be what I learned and also what I had experienced. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Not holding anything back.
To my surprise, people actually started responding to it. They started opting in to my lead capture forms and buying products that I was recommending to them. Because of me being unashamed of sharing my story, it was attractive to others who could relate to where I had been.
You see, it's that simple. When you get out of your own way and believe deep down inside that you have value to offer, you're own your way. To some, you are perceived as an expert, simply because you are doing things that they have yet to do.
They are now looking up to you. You see how that works?
Try it and see that what I'm sharing with you really works. You are capable of success if you believe in your ability. The ability to impact and empower lies within all of us when we step out and give it away.
Have you been in a situation where you thought less of yourself or for that matter, your ability to give and offer value to others? If so, how was that and how did it make you feel?
