The 5 Components of a Successful Online Business (Part 4)
What an amazing journey we've been on in the last few weeks. It has been a pleasure of mine to share some of the most value packed education that I've seen online. It's not something that I can take credit for as I've mentioned in the past, most of what I've shared thus far was what I've learned from one of my mentors.
As you've explored it's a pretty much a simple step by step system that anyone can duplicate if they have the desire and work ethic to see to it that it comes to past. In the internet marketing space, the name of the game is action. Not just any kind of action, but consistent action in the face of failure.
One thing that has separated the 98 percenters from the 2% of successful entrepreneurs is many, many failures and a learning experience that have taught them one thing.
What doesn't work!
Seriously, where else can you go but up after so many failed ventures, campaigns, relationships, or even non-responsive subscriber lists.
That's why in this blog post, I will be sharing with you the fourth component of running a successful online business. It's not what you think. It's really piggy backing off the last one.
What is it you say?
Before I share that with you let's quickly recap what we've already learned over the past few days.
- 1. Having a Lead Capture Page with a "Free" high value offer
- 2. Having a low cost, high value offer immediate after the opt in.
- 3. Incorporating Immediate Upsells that offer further value to your customers.
Did you get that? That's pretty much the beginning of a mini funnel with just the first three components. Now it's time to take your marketing to the next level. This is where you can began to grow your business exponentially and build a pretty substantial income with your online business.
Just a quick word of caution to those who may feel that what I'm sharing may be a little overwhelming for starters. All of these parts that I'm sharing with you is the make-up of a success online business, but may I add that they are not all necessary in the beginning stages.
These are things that you want to work towards while growing your business. You may just have in place just the first couple of components and that's just fine. When you're ready to move to the next phase, that's completely up to you.
So what is the fourth component? Think about this for a moment. If your lead capture page is put in place to introduce your front end high value "free offer", then by default, there must be a back end offer.
BINGO! That's it my friend.
Not just a back end product though. But Multiple back end offers. These offers will of course always continue to add even further opportunities of value and education to your customers.
What could they be and how can you implement them in your business? Remember, some marketers may be just offering an ecourse, training materials, videos, etc. on the front end as a one time offer after optin, but others may want make available to their customers a deeper educational experience to further assist them.
For instance what if you had just purchased a course on product creation and wanted to learn everything there is to know about product creation. Granted that what you paid for in the course will give you the basics, but may not go into much in depth details. Or maybe it does go into great details, but you're the type that may not catch on to the intricacies of how it all works.
You my friend could very well be a candidate for further assitance and may require one on one coaching to help you get the optimal results you're seeking. You get my drift? So therefore the product creator could offer you personal "one on one" coaching for a set fee.
Sometimes that could be anywhere from $500 to $5k or more. It just depends on the marketer and the demand they have on their services.
Other alternative courses could include mentoring, business consultation, master mind inner circle groups, etc. There are so many ways that you can continue to monetize your business while helping the customer achieve their desired results.
Think outside of the box and be creative with your business. Find out exactly what your customers need and want and be in a position to provide it to them. Never underesitmate yourself and say that you don't have the expertise to help them. Just remember that if you're a couple of steps ahead of them in their online marketing ventures, you are the EXPERT.
What we've uncovered in this post may be somewhat of an eye opener to you, but at the same time could be a little intimidating and unachievable to you. If that's the case, there is a way around it. Yes, a shortcut that you can tap in to that will save you days, weeks, or even months and get you to making money online much, much faster.
It's a system that completely new and wet behind the ears newbies are leveraging and in a matter of days or even sometimes weeks, they are having their first successful sales in their business.
